We will gladly accept returns on items that are returned and received within 7 days of receipt, this includes full priced items and sale items. Items must be unworn, un-soiled with original packaging and swing tickets still secure on garment. 

You must notify us online before you make a return or your return may not be processed. Please contact us with the subject “return” via the contact form or send an email to [email protected] Please include your full name, transaction ID and the reason for your return. 

Please return item to: ELLA SANDERS ‘RETURNS’, PO Box 8091, Brighton East, Vic, Australia 3187. Remember to obtain and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer. ELLA SANDERS is not liable for any lost or damaged return items whilst in transit. Therefore please make sure all goods are sent back as registered post.

Once returned item is inspected by ELLA SANDERS, refunds are processed witihin 7 working days after receiving return. Your payment will be refunded either via paypal or credit card depending how you paid for your ELLA SANDERS product. 

All exchanges and returns purchased from a separate boutique/store will need to be returned to the place of purchase.
